Business owners from Green Bay and Oconto County acquired a 12-year-old precision machine shop in Kaukauna after one of its founders retired.
Founders Nick Gerard and Dan Wynboom in late April sold Gerard Machine, W5051 Amy Ave. Unit 13, in Kaukauna, to Ben Bertram, of Green Bay, and Eric Stankevitz, of Lena. Ben and Amy Bertram own Fiberglass Solutions in Ashwaubenon. Stankevitz owns Next Phase Excavation in Oconto County.
Nick Gerard will remain with the company and continue to run the day-to-day operations. In a news release, Bertram said the new owners are “excited to continue building on the foundation Nick and Dan created.”…
