APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) – Authorities have identified the woman killed in a June 18 crash in Appleton as 61-year-old Victoria Wagner of Menasha.
Appleton police said the crash happened as a heavy-duty wrecker towing a dump truck exited northbound WI 441 onto East Calumet Street.
Police say the wrecker left the roadway and entered the median, causing the towed dump truck to detach. The dump truck then overturned and struck a vehicle that was stopped in westbound traffic on Calumet Street…
