GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – James Dorr is expected to be sentenced Friday for killing a man in Green Bay, but the judge will have to decide where Dorr spends the rest of his life.
Dorr was convicted of stabbing his Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor and his sponsor’s dog in 2024.
