DE PERE, Wis. (WFRV) – The spirit of neighbors helping neighbors came to De Pere this week.
People with several local organizations rolled up their sleeves to help out with a variety of home improvement projects on Tuesday.
It’s all part of ‘Good Neighbors Week,’ and this is the first official project in De Pere.
