GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Nearly 9 years after his first stroke, Jim Marach spends every day working toward his recovery.

Jim suffered his first stroke in 2017, which took away mobility on his right side and his speech. Then two years later, he suffered another stroke, which prompted him to restart his long recovery.
Jim’s wife, Denise, says that their daily tasks include therapy, both in person at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center and at home.
“It is not easy,” Denise said. “We do our work at home, we do our therapies, do our therapies here, but it’s all worth it.”…
