DE PERE, Wis. (WFRV) – The City of De Pere says part of the former Shopko redevelopment project has reached a major milestone—a brand new hotel.
According to a City of De Pere release, the area has sat vacant for over six years, and that’s going to change with a new 90-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott hotel opening at an unspecified time in 2026.
