Joseph, along with his brothers, George, James and Solomon, opened up in downtown Green Bay as Seroogy Bros Palace of Sweets in 1899, and it’s continued as a candy shop for 127 years, beloved by many.
Their initial shop started by selling ice cream, lunches, soda and other treats; however, Joseph decided to bake a fudge batch, which rapidly sold out so often that it inspired the family to focus on sweets, creating what we know now as Seroogy’s Chocolates!…
