Drivers voice concerns after NCDOT resurfacing project on Liberty Grove Road in Randolph County

RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A recently resurfaced road in Randolph County is drawing concern from some drivers who use it every day.

Drivers who use Liberty Grove Road, right outside the Liberty town limits, say they’re glad to see improvements, but now some are questioning the quality of the work.

“Each winter, with the freezing and the thawing, we would end up with potholes and, of course, degradation of the sides of the road where it would kind of crumble off.
