Man charged after road rage shooting in Winston-Salem at intersection of Old Salisbury Road, Clemmonsville Road, police say

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A man has been arrested and charged after a road rage shooting at the intersection of Old Salisbury Road and Clemmonsville Road on Tuesday afternoon, according to a Winston-Salem Police Department news release.

Around 3:40 p.m., officers responded to a call for service about a gun being fired into an occupied vehicle at the intersection of Old Salisbury Road and West Clemmonsville Road.

Arriving officers learned two people were involved in a road rage incident that led to one of them firing multiple rounds toward the other person’s vehicle.
