Jay Avaiya and his wife, Shruti or “Sunny” technically live in Greensboro, but joke that they really just sleep there as they now spend most of their waking hours at the Quick Stop convenience store, gas station and grill located on North Carolina Highway 62 South at Oakview Loop Road.
