Driver charged with second-degree murder after passenger dies in Graham crash, court documents show

GRAHAM, N.C. (WGHP) — A man has been charged with second-degree murder after the car he was driving last weekend crashed, leaving the passenger dead, according to Alamance County court documents.

On March 28 at around 9:17 p.m., officers with the GPD and other agencies responded to a crash at the intersection of South Main Street and Moore Street involving a 2020 Jeep Wrangler and a 1999 Ford Mustang. The Jeep was overturned in the crash.
