GREENSBORO, N.C. — A man has been arrested nearly five months after a hit-and-run killed 29-year-old Chas Sellers, according to court documents.
Javier Fransisco Solis, 24, was arrested and charged with felony hit and run resulting in serious injury or death by the Greensboro Police Department in late April, according to the arrest warrant.
