SALUDA—Two people were found dead inside a home following a structure fire Saturday night in the West Fork Creek Road area, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene around 8:30 p.m. on May 24 after reports of a house fire. First responders were able to contain the blaze upon arrival.
