Noah Jay Gibson, 22, charged with murder
CAMPOBELLO—A man is dead after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds to the torso in Campobello, authorities say.
According to the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a reported shooting at 185 Blue Ridge Road just before 11 p.m on Thursday, April 16. Upon arrival, they located a male victim, identified as Mark Stephen Foster, who had been shot multiple times. Foster was pronounced dead at the scene.
