SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Officials are investigating an arson near an elementary school in Spartanburg.
According to an incident report from the Spartanburg Police Department, officers were called to Jesse S. Bobo Elementary for an arson complaint around 12:07 a.m. on Friday.
