DUNCAN, S.C. (WSPA) – The Duncan Police Department said one juvenile was charged and another is under investigation after two kids were found torturing and killing a kitten on video.
Officers were informed about two juveniles that had retrieved a kitten from a box on the porch of one of the apartments in Duncan Village Apartments. Video footage retrieved from the incident showed two juveniles with a kitten when the older of the two threw the animal into the air and across the parking lot.
