SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – The Spartanburg County Pet Resource Center will be opening its doors for adoptions starting Monday.
Located at 1591 Southport Road in Spartanburg, the center said they have more than a dozen animals ready for a fur-ever home.
