Lawsuit filed against OpenAI in FSU campus shooting that killed Greenville man

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Attorneys for the family of Tiru Chabba, a Greenville man who was killed in a mass shooting at Florida State University in 2025, announced on Monday that they have filed a lawsuit against OpenAI.

The announcement was made in front of the Joseph Woodrow Hatchett United States Courthouse in Tallahassee, Florida.
