YORK, Pa. (WHTM) — A Midstate business owner who also operates a popular cookie dough food truck will soon debut his newest establishment, called Stack’d Creamery & Burger Bar.
abc27 News reported back in March 2026 when Cedar Crest alumni Gavin Binner first announced plans to open a new restaurant called Stack’d Creamery & Burger Bar at the former home of Ripleigh’s Creamery at 2811 East Prospect Road inside the Heritage Plaza.
