(WHTM)– Convictions and charges for drug delivery resulting in death (DDRD) significantly dropped in Pennsylvania from 2024 to 2025, but some Midstate counties are still dealing with the problem.
Data released by PACourts shows that DDRD charges decreased by 22% from 2024 to 2025, and convictions decreased by 72%. Still, the data show that three Midstate counties have among the highest rates of DDRD charges and convictions in the state.
