Lower Paxton Township supervisor to resign following alleged racial slur incident

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The Lower Paxton Township supervisor, Charles Stuart, confirmed to CBS 21 Friday that he intends to submit his resignation next Tuesday, following a recent alleged incident where he says he was called racial slurs.

Stuart runs the Harrisburg Area Police Athletic League (HAPAL) a local non-profit, which township resident Anthony Cristillo claimed had not paid a stormwater bill owed to the township.
