The Lebanon County Coroner’s Office has publicly identified a 90-year-old man who died after a crash last week at a West Cornwall Township intersection.
John Butts, of West Cornwall Township, died Thursday of multiple blunt force trauma after the crash at about 1:42 p.m. at Lebanon Road (Route 72) and Maple Avenue, according to the coroner’s office. His death was ruled accidental.
