A 26-year-old Lebanon woman died from electrocution at a local car wash, according to the Lebanon City Police Department.
On April 15, Gladys Lopez was found unresponsive at the Carriage House Car Wash on 123 Bowman Street. An autopsy was conducted on April 18 by the York County Coroner’s Office.
