Court clears some convictions for Pa. woman who froze grandmother’s body for 15 years

In 2004, Cynthia Black put her late grandmother’s body in a basement freezer, while she was collecting her Social Security benefits.

Fifteen years later, two visitors to a property Black had owned in Dillsburg discovered Glenora Delahay’s remains wrapped in garbage bags.

In total, the Social Security Administration issued $186,000 in payments to Delahay from 2001 to 2010, police said…
