DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A bystander was hit by a vehicle in Dauphin County on Thursday night while trying to help out others who were just involved in a crash, according to police.
Police said in new details released Friday that the bystander, a 24-year-old man, suffered life-threatening injuries when he was hit at the intersection of Laudermilch Road and North Lingle Avenue in Derry Township around 8:46 p.m.
