HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Harrisburg police are investigating a homicide Friday morning.
According to Harrisburg Police, officers responded at around 2 a.m. to an apartment on the 900 block of North 3rd Street for a report of shots fired with a person struck.

Police said upon arrival, they located “a deceased adult male victim inside of a residence.”
Crime scene tape was put up, and part of 3rd Street was closed as a police investigation began, which is “ongoing at this time.”…
