HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — A central Pennsylvania nonprofit has started a fundraiser for a dog that was found inside a Harrisburg storm drain over the weekend.
Castaway Critters announced that a little dog, Maxine, was found “terrified and crying for help” while stuck in the storm drain.
