A truck crashed into the center concrete median on Route 15 southbound Wednesday, causing major traffic delays in an already congested area near the Camp Hill Shopping Center.
The crash was reported at 11:07 a.m. after the truck flipped onto its side while coming up the ramp from westbound 581 to merge onto U.S. 15 southbound.
