Public hearing set on Three Mile Island request to draw up to 73M gallons of water from Susquehanna River

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Regulators responsible for water use in the Susquehanna River watershed will hear public comments soon regarding a plan to restart Three Mile Island.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission has a public hearing set for 5 p.m. Thursday, April 23, at their headquarters at 4423 North Front Street in Harrisburg.

Fifteen applications are on the docket for the hearing. They are expected to be voted on at the June 4 SRBC meeting…
