Elizabethtown man accused of deadly shooting, fleeing scene heading to court

An Elizabethtown man accused of gunning a man down outside his home before fleeing from the police is heading to court, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

On March 31, a judge ruled that Bradley Yinger, 27, will have his case heard in court after the police claimed he shot a 24-year-old man in the chest on the front porch after a night of drinking.
