Perry County bank robbed, arrest made at make-shift campsite

PERRY COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Massachusetts man was taken into custody Tuesday at a campsite after allegedly robbing a Perry County bank, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

State Police at Newport said before robbing the Pennian Bank, located at Red Hill Road in Howe Township, on Monday afternoon, 38-year-old Christopher Grannis used the bank’s bathroom, then he went to the Tractor Supply next door before returning to the bank.
