DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Residents along South Harrisburg Street said they’ve had enough, as a rat-infested home in their neighborhood continues to impact surrounding properties.
Neighbors report seeing rats coming in and out of the condemned home, along with a strong, persistent odor lingering in the air.
