YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– The owner of York County-based salvage yard J&K Salvage is facing a misdemeanor offense after he allegedly threatened a Department of Environmental Protection employee.
The yard’s owner, Harry “Joe” Darrah, was previously charged in April regarding the maintenance of business records. He’s now facing a terrorist threats charge after allegedly threatening to assault an employee of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
