YORK COUNTY, Pa. — York County SPCA is caring for a dog named Goldie who was abandoned in a York County neighborhood last month.
The incident happened on the first block of North Main Street in Dover Borough, according to the Northern York County Regional Police Department. Goldie sustained minor injuries and was taken to the shelter for evaluation.
