HARRISBURG, Pa. — Mission BBQ announced it will honor active duty military members and Veterans this week as the nation celebrates Armed Forces Week.
From today through Saturday, the restaurant chain will commemorate a different branch of the military, offering a free sandwich to active-duty members and veterans.
Each branch of the military will be honored:
- Army: Monday, May 11
- Marine Corps: Tuesday, May 12
- Navy: Wednesday, May 13
- Air Force and Space Force: Thursday, May 14
- Coast Guard, Friday, May 15
On Saturday, May 16, in observance of Armed Forces Day, Mission BBQ said it will host “Lunch with the Heroes” events from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and a live playing of the National Anthem at noon…
