A 16-year-old girl was shot over the weekend while at a prom after-party at a Swatara Township apartment, authorities said.
The girl was among about a hundred people at a residence on the 8300 block of Presidents Drive when the shooting happened around 1 a.m. on Saturday, neighbors told PennLive.
