The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will conduct a drainage review on Interstate 83 in Newberry Township on Thursday, May 14, causing lane restrictions and delays for motorists.
Weather permitting, the work will take place on both northbound and southbound lanes between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Rolling right lane and shoulder closures will affect traffic between the Strinestown and Newberrytown exits during that time.
