A Good Samaritan rescued a woman who ran into traffic while trying to escape a man who kidnapped her in Dauphin County earlier this month, police said in court documents.
The woman told Pennsylvania State Police that James Kramer, 33, forced her into her vehicle around 2 p.m. on May 8 outside his house in Halifax, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed that day.
