LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man was arrested Saturday in connection with a “road rage incident” that ended in a shooting earlier this week.
Maurice Thomas, 42, of York, is accused of shooting at an occupied vehicle after a traffic dispute in Manheim Township on Thursday.
