Seven Sorrows concludes annual festival despite rainy conditions

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — A community classic finished up a fun weekend in Middletown despite some less than ideal weather.

For the people at Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary catholic church a little rain is no obstacle to a fun time, so despite rainy weather the church capped off its annual festival, the way that it started with smiles and laughter.

“We didn’t expect to build Noah’s Ark in the process, so we had to move our festival inside for tonight.” said Father Tim Sahd, the pastor at Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary…
