Slice House by Tony Gemignani to Open in Brentwood in October 2026

BRENTWOOD, CA – Slice House by Tony Gemignani, the highly successful fast-casual pizza franchise by world renowned pizzaiolo Tony Gemignani, is proud to announce the October 2026 opening of its newest Contra Costa County location in Brentwood. Located at 2523 Sand Creek Road in The Streets of Brentwood outdoor mall, the pizzeria will expand the availability of Gemignani’s award-winning pizza in the East Bay, offering a welcoming and community-focused dining destination for locals. The new restaurant is currently hiring across all positions and is expected to bring around 30 full- and part-time jobs to the community.

“Brentwood has such a strong sense of community and appreciation for quality food, and we’re excited to bring Slice House to town,” said Founder Tony Gemignani. “Our goal has always been to create welcoming spaces where people can gather over artisan pizza, and this new location is the perfect place to continue sharing our passion for craft, tradition, and connection. It has been an honor working with Nitin and Mansi [Bhatia] to bring this new restaurant to life and we look forward to sharing a slice with the community soon.”

Franchised and operated by husband-and-wife duo and East Bay residents Nitin and Mansi Bhatia, Slice House Brentwood represents the couple’s first Slice House location together. The new pizza restaurant will feature an expansive menu of Gemignani’s acclaimed New York, Sicilian, Grandma, and Detroit-style pizzas, available by the slice or whole pizza. The menu will also include fresh wings, salads, and options for gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diners. The beverage menu will consist of craft beers and premium wines, in addition to non-alcoholic sodas and juices. The new pizza spot will have indoor seating for 26 people, outdoor patio seating for 16 people and will offer takeout, online ordering, and delivery. It will be open seven days a week – from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday…
