LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Las Vegas resident Ryan Tsoi told 8 News Now he is shaken after being hit by a car on May 13 while using a pedestrian crosswalk on Spring Mountain Road, which connects Chinatown Plaza and Shanghai Plaza.
Tsoi and his friend can be heard mapping out a social media video moments before he is unexpectedly struck by a car.
“We get to filming and planning the video, and I get hit by a car,” Tsio said.
