LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The murder charge against Erick Michel Rangel-Ibarra will stand, but an amended indictment has dropped the charge of destroying evidence in the August 2020 death of Lesly Palacio.
Documents filed in Clark County District Court last week show the charges of premeditated murder and sexual assault or attempted sexual assault.
Rangel-Ibarra, 31, is trying to get a private attorney for his defense, with a court hearing scheduled for June 18. He remains in the Clark County Detention Center. A trial date has not been set in the case…
