LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A 26-year-old man was taken into custody last month after police said he filmed a woman while she was inside a restroom stall at a Las Vegas gym.
Jacob Tyler Godown was arrested Aug. 25 on a gross misdemeanor charge of capturing, distributing or displaying an image of another person’s private area without consent.
Police said a woman reported that on June 15 she was changing in a stall inside the women’s locker room at the Las Vegas Athletic Club on Maryland Parkway near Karen Avenue when she saw a man underneath the stall with a cellphone pointed at her while she was nude.
