LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The owner of a Las Vegas tattoo shop is bringing Hawaiian culture to the valley through his pieces.
Palani Fernandez, originally from Hawaii, is the owner of Proud 50 Tattoo in the central valley and gave 8 News Now photojournalist Khrystyne Valena an inside look at the importance of each tattoo.
