LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A man has pleaded guilty to open or gross lewdness following a sexual assault investigation at Fox Hill Park in Summerlin on April 9.
Police identified the suspect as Jose Carballo Gonzalez, who they said had been working for a private contractor that does landscaping at the park.
