Hundreds forced off Delta plane after passenger refuses to hang up phone

A Georgia woman was arrested in Miami after refusing to hang up her phone as a Delta flight was preparing for takeoff, causing a delay, the airline said.

Shannon Maria Harris, a 46-year-old woman from Tyrone, Georgia, was arrested at Miami International Airport last week after she refused to hang up the phone as the Atlanta-bound Delta flight 1323 was taxiing.
