With locations in Weston and West Palm Beach, Ceviche Arigato is a “Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant serving up made-to-order, fresh cuisine with a delicious and fun twist.” Offering everything from sushi rolls and ceviche to other chef-created fusion choices, the restaurant is preparing to expand to a third location, this time in Orlando.
This week, What Now came across plan review documents showing the new Ceviche Arigato opening at 4898 S. Kirkman Rd., in the space formerly occupied by Ahi Sushi.
“Ceviche Arigato was born out of a deep love for both Peruvian and Japanese cuisine,” says the restaurant’s website. “Its founder, Rosemary Maruyama, with a rich culinary heritage, decided to blend the flavors of her two cultures to create a unique dining experience.
