Grand jury indicts man accused of killing elderly man in Chinatown

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The man accused of killing an elderly man in Chinatown has been indicted Wednesday.

Prosecutors said a grand jury indicted Fredrick Hoisington, 52, for manslaughter.

According to authorities, the charge stems from an incident on March 30, when Hoisington allegedly kicked a 95-year-old man, in the leg, causing him to fall and suffer injuries. Officials said the victim died eight days later from complications related to those injuries…
