HONOLULU (KHON2) — Lieutenant Governor Sylvia Luke has been identified as the target of a bribery investigation by the state, according to her attorney.
In a statement released Wednesday, attorney David M. Louie confirmed his office received a “target letter” from the Special Investigations and Prosecution Division of the Department of the Attorney General.
